How to Pay your Maintenance

 Lindenwood Gardens offers the convenience of paying your monthly maintenance via Zelle through your personal banking institution.

1. Log in to your online banking platform and confirm that Zelle is available. 
2. Select the Zelle payment option. 
3. Send your payment to: LindenwoodGardens@gmail.com 

When prompted, the recipient will appear as:
Lindenwood Gardens Cooperative Inc, Howard Beach

To ensure your payment is properly applied to your account, it is imperative that you include the following in the memo or message field:

• Unit Number 
• Last Name 

Payments submitted without this information may be delayed, as we will be unable to identify the sender.

For your protection:

• Always confirm that the recipient name reads “Lindenwood Gardens Cooperative Inc” before submitting payment. 
• Lindenwood Gardens will never change payment instructions via email without prior notice. 
• If you receive any communication requesting payment to a different account or email address, please contact the management office to verify before proceeding.
